*Technical Sales Support Specialist *
we are inn search of a Technical Sales Support Specialist I who will provide high-level onsite and remote IT technical liaison. The Technical Sales Support Specialist I will be responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents and problems. The position will require close working with all teams in all levels of technical support, engineering and sales.
*Will report to: * Director of Sales
*Bi-lingual: * English & Japanese (preferable)
*Seniority: * Middle Level 2-5 yrs. external experience
*Salary: * Non Exempt (Due to travel) $100K based on experience + bonus
*Remote & On the Road. *
Responsibilities
* Prepare, install, configure and test all software components for our products in-house.
* Implement, configure and install solutions on the customer's production environments.
* Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported integration issue issues on the different levels of solutions (i.e., Database, Application, Network, and Integration Interfaces Levels).
* Act positively and respond promptly to the assigned tasks.
* Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits customer sites physically or remotely.
* Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.
* Deliver the onsite training for the end-user.
Requirements
* Experience with Mirth connect program.
* We are looking for someone whose primary language is English but can also speak Japanese. ((Japanese is not required))
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application or any related field and 0-2 yrs. of previous experience.
* Willingness to travel to different pharmacies across the US.
* Hands-on in SQL statements and database engines (MS-SQL & MySql).
* Basic knowledge in MS Windows client\\server installation and configurations.
* Familiar with API and integration engine solutions.
* Familiar with visual studio 2017 and above.
* Familiar with Node.js.
* Excellent in one of the following programming languages: JS VB.Net C# - C++.
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate, verbally convey, and explain concepts.
* Team player attitude.
*Experience in one or more of below is a plus: *
* Cloud Computing, Virtualization Technologies, SAN and Storage, Network Infrastructure.
* Data Centers, High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery Strategies.
* Database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL Databases).
* Server and client operating systems (Linux Distros, Windows).
* Cloud-based Solution Infrastructure (Amazon, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean).
* DevOps Techniques and Skills, including CI/CD.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
